Venture Photography has digital studios spanning three continents with a network of over 250 professional photographers. We pride ourselfs on our innovative style & high level of customer service. Venture Photography is looking to recruit a professional photographer to join their team in Eton with the capability of creating a vibrant atmosphere and delivering an exciting and unique client experience. As a photographer at Venture you will be required not only to provide customers with a wonderful photographic experience but also utilise your vision & strong natural eye for composition, design & technical ability to create stunning photographs. Playing a key role, your input will span the whole commercial photography team, playing your full part in all the training, administration, sales and maintenance activities that go into studio life.

The ideal Photographer will:

· Be able to demonstrate through your online portfolio, a flair for the creative & show innovation in your work.

· Have excellent communication & people skills.

· Be fully proficient with Photoshop & digital photography methods as well as IT in general.

· Hold a professional qualification in a related subject (Nat Dip, HND, BA).

· Have previous experience within a sales based environment.

· Confident with drive & "big" personality, with the ability to motivate & inspire others.

Salary and reward package:

• Salary of £16,000 - £18,000 depending on skills & experience.
• Bonus.
