Job description
The Customer Service Representative's Duties:
- Deal with customer queries, via digital channels initially and over the phone
- Handling calls and customer queries
- Working as part of a team
- Building knowledge of each brand stocked
- Handling Returns & Exchanges
- Handling complaints
- Analyse customer's complaints and recommend solution or escalate to the appropriate department
- Providing product knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills; you will be the first point of contact for our client
- Manage and protect the reputation of the company
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage customer reviews on multiple platforms
- General administration tasks
