Property Investment Co-Sales Internship

Job description

We are looking to hire 4 interns for an exciting opportunity. Working directly with the Team and the Director, predominantly on sourcing new leads. Using a wide array of skills including marketing, negotiating, management and closing deals.

You will:

- Establish relationships with landlords
- Make connections with vendors and estate agents as potential clients
- Source tenants and project manage the process through to completion of 100% occupancy
- Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone
- Promote properties via different platforms

- Tact and diplomacy
- Self-motivation
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Packages
- Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
