Customer Fulfillment Analyst - Droitwich
Overview of the role
Based in our new offices in Droitwich, you will be responsible for a wide range of supply chain and operational disciplines, offering excellent exposure to both upstream supply chain key functions and operational management. This role will take an active lead to drive forward efficiency gains across the customer fulfilment team through process improvements.
You will be required to put KPIs in place to understand and demonstrate improvements.This will be done alongside the day to day management of orders to ensure deliveries happen on time. You will provide top class customer service through effective communication, planning and processing of orders with customers, hauliers, operations and account managers.
The Nitty Gritty!
- Support tactical running of process improvement projects for Customer Fulfilment driving efficiency through the team with a focus on systems
- Taking a lead on tasks and issues within Customer Fulfilment when required
- Running and developing KPIs to feed into Customer fulfilment team leader to influence decision making
- Receiving and processing customer orders according to customer specification and any special instructions
- Daily liaison with hauliers / customers for bookings and delivery of goods
- Ensuring invoice and correct documentation accompanies each order
- Handling customer correspondence, queries and order updates
- Processing non-conformance details for outbound deliveries
- Maintaining internal records as required by current prevailing regulations
What we need from you
- 5 GCSE's grade A-C (Including Maths and English)
- Degree qualified desirable but not essential
- A motivated, proactive and process driven approach to work
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A high level of numeracy and excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Capable of working under pressure through fulfilling all duties and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Self-sufficient in Microsoft packages especially in Excel
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to work independently
- Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
- Flexible and enjoys being a team player
