Job description
Bright, proficient individuals with outstanding telephone manner and good computer skills required for a busy and fast-growing tenant referencing business. Strong written and numerical skills are essential,alongside an excellent attitude to clientservice. Duties will revolve around making and taking telephone calls, administrative work, processing emails and generally assisting in a lively and busy office. Applicants should be ambitious, have the confidence and ability to manage their own workload, demonstrate excellent judgement and treat every case with a high level of diligence and confidentiality; experience in customer service is preferable.
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, salary £18,000, position is permanent, various start dates available. Please email a CV and cover letter to James Craig.
