What does our company do?
Valet Apartments is a young, dynamic company that provides short and medium term accommodation to leisure and business travellers, with a portfolio of central London apartments. We accommodate thousands of guests each month using platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com and our own recently launched website. Our aim is to be a large and respected international real estate and hospitality brand.
Key responsibilities of the role:
• Ensuring excellence in our customer service, and maximum guest satisfaction as reflected on the online reviews of our properties.
• Ensuring that all guests receive adequate information regarding their arrival to a property.
• Ensuring all properties have been checked between stays and maintenance requirements have been satisfied before guest arrival.
• Coordinate with check-in team to ensure team members are being efficiently allocated to check-ins daily.
• Coordinate with guests during stays to ensure all expectations are being met and to encourage a strong review score.
• Assist in our marketing efforts by creating content for our Social Media and Direct Marketing (e.g. Newsletters).
• Build guest database for future marketing.
• General office management.
• Deal with and resolve guest complaints.
Day-to-day activities will include:
• Guest check-in management.
• Guest communication – outbound and inbound calls and emails.
• Property maintenance & repairs management.
• Social media marketing, Blog writing, Newsletters, General Content Writing.
• Office management.

Desired profile
