Entreprise:
Under the responsibility of the Regional Quality Director Germany, the VIE Quality Administration has a transversal function providing support to German Group Resident Teams in the administration of quality management and as well assisting the development of a system for the field survey.
He/she will be based within the Quality team in Stuttgart to participate of Quality management and field data collection, data analysis and description specification and methodologies for the warranty activity.
Poste et missions:
The main responsibilities of the VIE are as follows:
- Assist in collecting field data from the customer systems.
- Feeds and updates customer information within Valeo Systems.
- Specified field-data collection for the automobile producer worldwide.
- Evaluate statistical methodologies applied for the Warranty treatment.
- The Group resident Manager or Regional Quality Director may ask the VIE to take additional responsibilities or to carry out specific analysis and follow-up.
Education:
Engineering diploma with Reliability and Quality speciality.
Competences required :
Theoretical knowledge of Statistic methodology for reliability evaluation, Quality management tools as PDCA & Quality management in Automotive industry.
Practical level of Office environment with Pivot-Calculation
Experience:
Minimum 6 month in an industrial environment
