Job description
Great opportunity for Sales Co-ordinator to join team located in Uxbridge and be responsible for order capture, fulfilment, replenishment, forecasting and administration of the International and Wholesale business unit.
You will ensure any new orders or launches, range changes and promotions land right first time.
Responsibilities
• The timely accurate processing of Wholesale orders from receipt through to dispatch and invoicing ensuring a full audit trail is maintained
• Working closely with the UK Wholesale Sales Manager to assist in the development and maintenance of Wholesale accounts through database development, marketing material and samples co-ordination
• Working with distributors to ensure their daily needs and product requirements are met
• Liaising with the relevant teams to ensure that products are manufactured and delivered on time
• Manage logistics and communicate with customers to keep them informed on the progress of their orders
• Ensure that documentation and records are correct/accurate
• Maintain an overview of sales, monitor, regularly review and report anomalies
• Keep prices up to date on the price sheet and systems, assist with ad hoc reviews and communication to the customer base
• Work closely with customers on forecasting and ensure that they are communicated to the planning team through JDA
• Manage the Gerber log
• Ensuring data entry onto Q-Pulse and into Action Plans is carried out as required
• Respond to sales leads in UK Wholesale and learn to direct end user queries to the relevant distributor
• Assist with product presentations
• In store and event tastings, trade show support
• Customer database development and CRM
Proficiency in any European language would be beneficial as there will be the opportunity to support in an International arena.
