Salary £19,000 to £19,500 p.a. plus up to 25% bonus and fantastic benefits!

Our Provisioning Team are responsible for arranging and advising our customers’ of their new line installations, as well as dealing with any incoming queries regarding the new connection of their phone lines.

We are recruiting for someone who shares our enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service, delivered with a personal touch. Our Provisioning Team are ambassadors for our Company and we are looking for someone who has:

• Both a 'can do' attitude and 'customer first' approach;
• The ability to take ownership and use initiative;
• A genuine interest in engaging with customers and colleagues alike;
• Excellent communication skills - including the ability to rapidly establish good working relationships with our customers and partners;
• Good attention to detail and problem solving skills;
• Good numeracy and literacy skills;
• A basic knowledge of Excel and Word;
• Experience in telephony provisioning would be advantageous.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Saturdays.
