Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator to join our established Energy Metering Team.
Skills, Responsibilities and Attributes
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure internal and external systems are updated with accurate metering data;
- Processing supplier reports on a daily basis relating to meter details and meter exchanges;
- Liaise with industry agents, customers and other suppliers to resolve incorrect meter details, and any other data queries or discrepancies;
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, raised both internally and externally;
- Maintain a good working relationship with both internal and external clients;
- Carry out any area of work as and when requested to do by the Supervisor or Manager.

- A pro-active 'can do’ attitude and a 'customer first’ approach;
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets;
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Industry experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- The ability to take ownership and use initiative to solve problems;
- A genuine interest in engaging with customers and colleagues alike.
The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30.
