Billing Administrator
Colindale, North London

Salary £19,500 - £20,500 p.a. plus some fantastic benefits!

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator to join our established Energy Operations Team.

The role will include:

  • Analyse meter reads received from the customer or industry which are outside of the range expected.
  • Go through various reports to correct data held within the billing database
  • Complete all the billing tasks received from the Energy Customer Services department
  • Retain a lot of information with reference to the Energy Billing process
  • Work on the budget plan exceptions report
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate reports for the Supervisor
  • Work on various exception files
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve complicated queries


Our Administrators are ambassadors for our Company and we are looking for someone who has:

  • A pro-active 'can do’ attitude and a 'customer first’ approach;
  • Excellent numeric skills;
  • The ability to work to deadlines and targets;
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Industry experience would be an advantage but not essential;
  • The ability to take ownership and use initiative to solve problems;
  • A genuine interest in engaging with customers and colleagues alike.


Hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30.
