Poste et missions:
AWC business:
- Definition of a strategic marketing plan (brand positioning, 4P, innovations launch recommendations, KOL Plan) in strong collaboration with our current distributor and particularly with the Sales Manager.
- Project management of innovations (regulatory, quality…)
- Manage key congresses in Chile in collaboration with our distributor (develop KOL , stand and symposium communication tools)
- Develop key tool for sales rep (protocols and products guides)
- Realize monthly sales reports about our internal sales and distributor ones
- Lead the export management with our partner
OTC business:
- Definition of an OTC strategic marketing plan in Chile
- Lead the new strategic partner search to boost sales results
- Project management of the current range with our current distributor (merchandising, regulatory, export…)
Business development:
- Lead the launch of the AWC business in Argentina (Sales, Marketing and communication strategy and tools to be define / Registration process follow-up)
- Project management in the other countries where we are already present (Uruguay, Jamaica, Costa Rica) and identify new business opportunities with those current partners
Profil:
- 2 years of experience as Marketing/Business Development Manager (Sales would be a plus) in the medical industry (AWC would be a plus).
- International experience
- Leadership, autonomy and open-mindedness
- Strong knowledge of Powerpoint and excel
- Fluent in Spanish
After this 12 month VIE, if goals are met, you can have permanent contract opportunities within the Group, either in France or abroad.
