Operations Internship
Working within the Operations team you will be working on a number of live events and digital programmes.
Roles can include:
• Assisting the team in the creation and management of digital campaigns for our clients.
• Assisting the team in the design and creation of social media campaigns.
• Supporting the project team onsite at events.
• Liaising with venues, suppliers, freelance staff and live artistes as directed by a member of the team.
• Researching and collating relevant material for programmes and client presentations.
• Assisting the project team with administration including writing and typing up minutes for internal and client meetings.
• Booking accommodation, taxis and flights.
• Answering and forwarding incoming calls.
• Assisting in practical tasks as required.
Work will be largely office-based but students may also be required to work on events off-site. Overtime is not unusual, therefore, flexibility and enthusiasm is vital.
Skills and Experiences gained:
• Developing an understanding of events management including logistics, production and marketing
• Developing time management & multi tasking skills
• An understanding of project management
• Creating and facilitating digital campaigns
• Building working relationships and liaising with external suppliers
• Working on Mac operating systems and Microsoft software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• An understanding of budgeting for both live and digital programmes
• Research, writing copy & creating creative presentations
Desired profile
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be hard working, focused and with plenty of common sense, initiative and ideas. Experience in events or digital communications are not essential, but we do need to see evidence of your passion within the field.

Internship period: Internships are for a minimum of three months, with the ideal length being six months. Full terms are agreed at the point of interview.
Terms: Travel expenses covered up to a monthly London Travelcard zones 1 – 3.
Working hours: 9.30am – 6pm.
Dress code: Smart-casual in the office, unless meeting clients or attending external meetings, in which case appropriate dress is expected (you will be advised on this at the time).
