Role
A worldwide immigration company is looking for a trainee immigration advisor to join their company.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain and update client records and internal databases
- Assist with applications as required
- Making and processing applications or licences on behalf of clients
- Maintain and update accurate records that comply with rules and regulations
- Willing to learn new processes and procedures and take up new tasks and challenges as required by the company
- Stay up to date with compliance to offer advise to clients
- Act as a consultant to clients when required
Skills and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ideally you will be educated to degree level, with a degree in Law (not essential)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new changes and requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Able to work well as an individual and as part of a team
- This role requires the ability to work well in a pressurised environment and resilience
