Job description
Key responsibility
Packaging material supplier selection and development for innovation/renovation
Packaging material cost management
Supplier contract negotiation and management
Material master data management
Material forecast quarterly by working with global team
Leading for material Cost/Cash efficient target
Manage and improve the supplier capability and capacity
Ensure supplier quality and service level to meet business requirement
Working closely with internal cross function team to ensure the bottle delivery end to end
Actively work externally to ensure the bottle supplier always fit to business demand
Manage supplier USQS compliance to align with Unilever policy
Key interface
R&D packaging, marketing, Innovation planning, factory planning, SC/procurement finance, global bottle portfolio, global feedstock and suppliers from external
Key skills
Bachelor above
Good communication/coordination skills
Good analytical capability
Good English writing and speaking
Operational knowledge from material handling
Plastic relevant background is preferred
