Job description

工作职责:

-执行公司每天拜访要求,达成辖区销量目标及新用户开发和产品 SKU渗透目标;

- 根据当地市场情况,建议促销活动计划,并在计划批准后按时执行公司对各项促销的计划安排及下达,提高促销效果;

-做好新品及重要产品的分销工作,达成公司要求;

-管理下属销售人员日常工作和其他行政工作;

- 和客户保持良好的关系,并定期与他们进行业务回顾, 准确掌握主要客户的产品的进出货情况,并及时汇报异常情况的发生;

- 及时准确地完成并提交销售月报及其他报表;

- 向上司及时汇报竞争对手的信息及其市场活动信息;

- 指导,培训销售人员,评估工作业绩

-能积极参与团队各项活动,配合展开各项团队建设

职位要求:

- 本科或以上学历,行业背景不限(有快消行业从业经验优先);

- 1年以上团队人员管理经验;

-良好的沟通能力,自信,勇于面对困难;

-富有良好的业务拓展精神及商业意识,谈判技巧及团队管理经验;

- 良好的压力承受能力和达成目标的强烈愿望;

- 能长期在艰苦环境下工作,不退缩,坚持达成预定目标, 有超越目标的强烈愿望,并能采取行动努力达成;

-具备一定的电脑操作技能

- 能够短途出差(当天往返)。
