The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:
· specific legal provision (article 22(1) § 1 of the Polish Labour Code) - processing necessary to conclude a contract of employment - with regard to the following data: name, surname, parents' names, date of birth, place of residence (correspondence address), education, employment history;
· your consent to the processing of the data provided in your CV and letter of application, if you provide us with data other than your name, surname, parents' names, date of birth, place of residence (correspondence address), education, previous employment history;
· our legitimate interest - regarding the data collected during the interview and the results of the admission tests. we have a legitimate interest in testing your skills and abilities - we need this to assess whether you are the right person for the position we are recruiting for.
As part of the recruitment process, we may conduct tests (e. g. in terms of knowledge of the declared foreign languages). These tests are designed to check whether you have the skills you need to work in the position you are applying for.
We will keep your personal data until the end of the recruitment process for the position which you are applying for, but no longer than 6 months. With your additional consent, we may keep your personal data for a longer period of time.
We may transfer your personal data to our third party service providers to whom we outsource personal data processing services, such as IT service providers, as well as to other Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield group affiliates. Such entities process the data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions. You have the right to access, amend, delete or transfer your personal data and the right to request the restriction of processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent for processing at any time (if the consent is the basis for the processing), without prejudice to the validity of any processing carried out under the prior consent. Moreover, it is possible to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
