Ultima Business Solutions is a leading end to end IT Infrastructure partner. We are currently recruiting for Internal Account Managers to join our fast expanding internal sales team due to genuine business growth. This role is based in our Reading Headquarters. We are an organisation committed to investing in our people to enable them to grow and map a career within IT.
We have a proven background in nurturing our talent from the internal sales team through the organisation into other opportunities within our business.
This opportunity is for someone to join us in providing a proactive and reactive sales function including introducing our existing customers to new products and services on offer from our expanding choice of solutions.
You will be working within a dedicated Account Team and will liaise with colleagues to ensure that customers receive a high level of service from Ultima.
Your excellent communication skills and drive for customer service will enable you to respond to customer needs and allow you to achieve team targets and objectives with ease.
You will have an enthusiasm for IT and work with our suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery options. We have an in-depth training induction programme that will give you all the tools and knowledge you will need to learn about Ultima and the products and services we have to offer our growing client base. Whilst our Internal Account Managers must be comfortable proactively selling, this is not a role that requires a 'hard sell'.
The ideal candidate will be able to prove a high level of literacy and numeracy and be articulate when dealing with colleagues and customers. You will have strong written and oral communication skills and thrive in being part of a successful team and target driven environment.
You will be highly organised and have previous exposure of working in a position that requires following a process flow and multitasking.
