Subtitle Editor - English/Farsi

3 MONTH INTERNSHIP - UNPAID and PART TIME / FULL TIME POSITION

We are a London based corporate group which specialise in film distribution and licensing. We boast a number of small and medium businesses, including but not limited to, iFillmBank which specialices in Middle Eastern content (Farsi, Arabic and Turkish language movies). We engage in the marketing and online distribution of motion pictures for various independent content providers, and also operate as a film exhibitor running a large number of screenings year round in the city of London.

Desirable skills :
-Perfectly fluent in both Farsi and English with strong written skills
-Ability to create English subtitles from Iranian movies
-Self-motivated
-Superior command of the English and Persian language, including slang and colloquial expressions
-Excellent organisational skills
-Must be able to meet deadlines; complete work assignments in a timely and accurate manner
-Intermediate computer skills
-Previous post-production work experience is a plus
