PR Intern needed for a Film Distribution Company

3 MONTH INTERNSHIP - UNPAID and FULL TIME POSITION

We are a London based corporate group which specialise in film distribution and licensing. We boast a number of small and medium businesses, including but not limited to, iFillmBank which specialices in Middle Eastern content (Farsi, Arabic and Turkish language movies). We engage in the marketing and online distribution of motion pictures for various independent content providers, and also operate as a film exhibitor running a large number of screenings year round in the city of London.

We are currently looking for PR interns educated to degree level, recently graduated from or studying for a journalism, PR or cinema-related degree. The most suitable candidate should be an excellent communicator, passionate about cinema with an awareness of UK press and social media channels. You must be well organised, a strong writer and have an excellent command of written English.

This position is a great opportunity to step into the entertainment and film industry.

Main responsibilities:
- managing of social media
- planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
- liaising and partnering with organisations or companies to promote and market our services/products (partnerships, sponsorships, etc)

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
