Job description

We are looking for an Office Junior to support our team of Model Bookers in our friendly, busy office/studio.

UGLY MODELS:

With a unique outlook on modelling, our philosophy is simple – “Any beauty can be airbrushed but we want our look to have true character.” We have over 1,000 models on our books ranging from 18-100 years old, sizes 6-30. We have the most peculiar, beautiful, and ordinary looks in the industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is an entry-level position into the industry. We are looking for someone to join our busy team where no day is the same. You will gain insight into how a modeling agency is run, with elements of casting, office admin, photography and also assisting the model bookers.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have good organisation and time management skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well in a team.
• A knowledge of Mac, Photoshop and Indesign would be advantageous.

HOURS:
9:00am – 6:00pm / Monday - Friday

LOCATION:
White City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administrative support for the team
• Answering the phones
• Assisting the bookers when required
• Liaising with models and answering any queries they may have
• Keep on top of stationary & office supplies
• Registering new models with the agency
• Taking updated photographs of models when needed / assisting with portfolio shoots
• Updating the website & portal
