Your profile
We are looking for entrepreneurial and ambitious talent to help build and lead operations, which is at the heart of what we do. The Operations Team is responsible for building UENI’s core asset, its structured content, across Europe. We currently need support to build our operations in Poland.

Your Role
● Train and manage Polish speaking contractors
● Manage content-creation on the UENI app and webapp
● Setup relationships with suppliers
● Innovate process improvements to improve quality and efficiency
● Manage team KPIs
● Test and implement new strategies and processes
● Embracing all of the other opportunities and challenges that come at a startup

Desired profile

You are
● Enrolled in a Master’s programme or in the final year of a Bachelor’s programme or within one year after graduation from a Bachelor’s / Master’s programme
● Fluent (preferably native) in Polish and have full professional English
● A quick learner able to keep up with the fast-paced work of an early start-up
● A good communicator who speak multiple languages (English and Polish at least - Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish are desirable)
● Exceptionally organized with documents and procedures, with strong attention to detail
● An advanced Excel user keen to develop more technical skills
● Willing to perform a variety of jobs as requested
● Comfortable reporting to senior executives
