To strengthen our dynamic market High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) Russia/Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Zurich we are looking for YOU!

As a client-centric and highly motivated Client Advisor Assistant you will be part of a small team, and will be responsible to support the Relationship Manager and Investment Advisors in their daily client business. At the same time you have direct client contact by telephone or during the absence of the Advisors. All administrative affairs in relation to account opening and maintenance fall under your responsibility, in close coordination with the Investment Advisor. Furthermore, you assist in all administrative tasks and organizational arrangements in relation to general queries and to their investments and payments. In above you follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the Cross Border regulations.

You are a flexible, reliable and communicative team player and ideally possess the following skills:

• Banking education (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship) or alternatively bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Proven work experience in a similar role within banking and/or financial services industry
• Fluency in Russian, English is essential, German and other European languages are desirable
• Proficient technical skills in desktop and banking applications
• Effective time management skills and ability to work accurate and efficiently to tight deadlines and moving priorities
