Your team
You'll be a part of the Group Treasury Modelling team, based in Krakow. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen the team within "Treasury Strategy, Modelling & Business Development" and grow into a central role in the context of managing interest rate and funding risks of UBS thereby enhancing the optimal use of its financial resources.
The Treasury Modelling team is responsible of prototyping, developing, and maintaining external and internal liquidity and funding (L&F) models, such as the Basel III Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), the Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) as well as Cash Capital (CC) or the Structural Liquidity Gap (SLG). The team is also responsible for development and continuous improvement of models that are required to identify and transfer interest rate risk to the banking book (IRRBB).

Desired profile
Your experience and skills
• University degree with financial or economics background
• Experience in data analyses, financial reporting or reconciliation of financial data
• Proactive and independent working style
• Strong analytical skills
• Broad banking knowledge
• Very good at English (written and spoken)
• Very good at Excel and ideally proficient in MS Access (including VBA skills or willingness to adopt such)
• Potentially experienced in Matlab or comparable software
• Team player with positive attitude
