UBS Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A., established in Luxembourg for decades, is a Top Ten multi-domicile fund administrator.

In order to strengthen our Order Desk department we are looking for a highly motivated Transfer Agent. In this position you will be responsible for:

• Follow up and execution of transfer free of payment instructions for registered shares in Transfer Agent system and clearing houses
• Preparation and execution of incoming manual subscription, redemption and switch orders, applying controls and checks as per internal procedure
• Production and distribution of specific reports upon client requests
• Reconciliation between fund register, shareholder and stakeholders
• Execution and control of corporate actions, such as liquidations, mergers and dividends.

You are highly committed and ideally possess the following skills:
• A first experience in fund administration
• Knowledge of SWIFT message types MT540 and MT542 and Clearstream (CreationOnline) will be a strong asset
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Risk awareness, ability to work precisely under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• You enjoy working in a dynamic team, you possess excellent communication and organisational skills
• You are engaged to work and willing to constantly develop yourself in a dynamic environment
• A very good command of English is essential, knowledge of German or French would be an advantage.
