The role is within the Australian Equities business, which has consistently been rated the number one firm by clients in most major surveys for more than a decade and has had number one market share for 11 years in a row. The Australian equities research team comprises 40 sector-based analysts covering more than 270 stocks across Australia and New Zealand.
The Supervisory Analyst is responsible for reviewing Equity, Fixed Income and Economics Research from the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the APAC Regional Supervisory Analyst Head, the roles key duties include:
• Review global research for legal & regulatory compliance
• Ensure research product complies with internal policies and guidelines
• Liaise with the Compliance Department on legal and regulatory issues
• Work with analysts and associate analysts to resolve problems
• Work with Editorial and database teams to ensure product quality

• NYSE Series 16 license holder with minimum one year's relevant experience ideally working for global investment bank
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with MS Office apps

• Have the confidence and verbal skills to discuss complex compliance issues with research analysts and supervisors to ensure clear understanding.
