Description

The position is in a small team of specialists, taking care of risk and process topics related to relationships with commercial activity related transactions (Non Traditional Business Relationships - NTBR). As a specialist, you will be working closely with the client advisors, desk heads, the Process & Risk Specialist and different Compliance functions (e.g. Due Diligence Officers).

As a NTBR Risk Specialist, your main duties are:
• Subject Matter Expert for all NTBR related topics (e.g. Client and Transaction Profiling)
• Work closely with NTBR client advisors enabling them to stay compliant with internal and external regulations and requirements.
•Act as a consultant in NTBR risk topics to all staff and management and promote a sound risk culture.
• Prepare and carry out NTBR controls for whole GEM, WMEICH and WM Switzerland
• Investigate special NTBR cases and perform risk assessments
• Collaborate with Compliance in order to clarify discussion cases and to remediate deficiencies in current client documentation.
• Monitor indicators in order to reveal upcoming issues and take preventive actions
• Support client facing teams to understand and adhere to existing and new policies by providing training and coaching

Requirements for this position, you will bring in:
• Minimum 3 years experience at a financial institution, preferably in wealth management in a Risk, Compliance or Audit function
• Good knowhow on KYC/AML topics and willingness to become a NTBR specialist for BCCH
• Very strong analytical and conceptual skills and good knowledge of the bank IT-systems
• Very proactive, driven and committed team player
• High attention to details
• Independent and proactive working style, solution oriented
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to interact with staff and management
• Fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
• Excellent MS-Office knowledge
