Central IT Risk Services team implements and maintains UBS's Operational Risk Framework elements in IT. It ensures data collection, including self-certification process and metrics. Additionally, the team performs standard specialist assessments and reporting services, IT risk standards management and strategy development.
As a reporting specialist you will perform analysis adding value to the business by identifying process constraints and improvements. You will be responsible for designing and creating business reports (using tools like Excel, Power Point, Oracle, BO).
The role requires from you as well to perform some basic administration tasks, like preparing presentations, creating technical documentation, gathering data (manual copy/paste type of tasks).
Team will support specialists in detecting client data confidentiality issues for applications accessible by our partners. The team will maintain central information inventory to ensure data quality and consistency.
The role will require building relationships with various stakeholders within UBS to define remediation actions for identified issues.
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities:
• Creating standardized reports based on existing tools
• Providing process improvements, like e.g. creating SharePoint with FAQ for the process
• Developing new reports and adapting the existing applications / reports (Oracle, Business Objects, Excel automations)
• Performing a full range of complex administrative tasks that support a specific workflow including admin activities, gathering new requirements
• PMO responsibilities: meeting minutes, slide pack preparation, coordination of the meetings and conference calls
• Creating ad hoc reports for clients
Requirements:
• IT related university degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Very good written and spoken English
• very good MS Excel skills (building / editing macros, etc. would be considered as an advantage)
• knowledge of SQL would be considered as an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint development
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
