Your team

You'll be working in the Real Estate Research and Strategy team in Hartford, CT. We're a small team but we operate within a large global asset management organization. Our role is to support and promote the growth of retirement plan (defined contribution) institutional investments in a new daily valued private real estate fund. This involves a complex sales and educational process with pension consultants and large retirement plan sponsors. Our Fund is designed to be part of a custom multi-asset portfolio that would typically be used by plans with assets in excess of USD 1 billion.

Desired profile

Your experience and skills

You have:
– a university degree with a major in marketing or finance
– 2-5 years of defined contribution experience with a record keeper or investment management firm
- the proven ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
- analytical ability, understand investments, rates of return and general financial concepts
