UBS Philanthropy and Values-based Investing is a dedicated unit within Global Ultra High Net Worth responsible for advising UBS UHNW clients on philanthropy & values-based investing.

In your function as a Philanthropy Advisor you will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of UBS philanthropy strategy for the Greater China region, working closely with the Head of Philanthropy APAC and the global Philanthropy Team as well as Market representatives within the APAC region.

Your responsibilities cover:

· Adaption of global approach to philanthropy services to GC specific needs and implementation of a structured philanthropy advisory process focussed on the needs of UHNW clients.

· Systematic development of business pipeline (CA education/BRGs/events/education/positioning)

· Establishment of thorough knowledge base and thought leadership (research/access to academics, etc.)

· Generation of business results: NNM/AuM-Retention/revenues generated by clients involved in philanthropy services

We are looking for a strong team-player who can succeed in a dynamic, global environment and is capable of working on a broad spectrum of challenges with multiple stakeholders.

As an experienced professional with proven track record in both, business development and philanthropy, you are expected to establish UBS philanthropy capabilities to position our bank as leading provider of philanthropy services within GC.

The successful candidate should have:

· A proven track-record in business development (strategy, planning, leadership, stakeholder management & communication)

· Industry experience: wealth management, segment focus UHNW, philanthropy with experience in advising UHNW families on how to manage or structure their philanthropic engagements

· GC market experience

· Able to act as a teamplayer (able to work with and through teams and to engage people outside)

· Be creative and have strong social and presentation skills.

· Be flexible and resilient to stressful situations.

· Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must-have for this position. Cantonese is an advantage.
