Your role
Are you incredibly well organized? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for a service-minded colleague to proactively contribute to changes in processes and procedures through all sorts of administrative tasks . You'll:
– deliver information for decision-making purposes including analyses and concepts, reports and proposals
– handle issues as they arise, filtering where appropriate, finding solutions and managing the outcomes
– pull together critical documents, presentations and communications
– assist with regard to working infrastructure and equipment such as planning, organizing and office set-ups and moves
– administer filing systems both manually and electronically
– organize education sessions for the business as well as sector or team events
– manage the workflow of photographic material used in visuals across internal platforms

…and all of this whilst taking account conflicting priorities and multiple demands on time!

Your team
You'll be working in the Investment Products and Services Distribution Management team in Zürich city. We ensure the distribution of investment, sales, pricing and analytical information to the WM Markets. Our team is responsible for managing the generic and strategic aspects of our business, including its risk exposure.

Your experience and skills
You have:
– knowledge of banking operations and processes
– experience in a management support function
– great computer skills

You are:
– a detail-oriented person
– able to work under pressure (you secretly love deadlines)
– fluent in English (with German preferred)
