Your role
Do you have a sharp eye for detail? Are you at your best when supporting others? Do you know how to take care of people? We are looking for someone like that who can help us:
– support effective workforce administration in onboarding
– ensure accurate data updates in the HR system
– make sure that our employees have a valid work permit, when needed
– treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion
– stay in line with our internal rules
– coordinate line manager, candidate, recruiter and branch hiring manager communications regarding candidate onboarding status

Your team
You'll be working in the HR Operations team in Krakow, Green Office (Czerwone Maki Street). Our role is to support the onboarding team, help with documentation, administration and contact with employees.

Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you'll need to launch your career. It's also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in HR. Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 40 hour week.

Your experience and skills
You have:
– a student status or university degree
– skills or experience in managing tasks carefully
– advanced Microsoft Office skills
– understanding of HR area

You are:
– truly service oriented
– a great team player
– well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
– able to stay on track, work with administration and systems within HR area (and you love that stuff)
– known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
