Desired profile

Your experience and skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• A minimum of 2 years recent financial services industry experience, preferably from an inbound and outbound phone based environment
• Series 7 and Series 66 required. If Series 66 has not been obtained at the time of hire, you must have the ability to take and successfully pass the Series 66 within 120 days of employment.
• Applicable Life & Health insurance licensing
• Strong client focus
• Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel
• Excels in a fast, competitive sales environment
• Excellent listening & outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments
• Proactively develop self to continuously improve knowledge, skills, and credentials
