Your team
You'll be working in the America's Payroll Service Delivery team in Nashville providing services to our US employees. We are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of our US and Puerto Rico payroll processes. Our mission is to provide excellent payroll services for our employees.

Desired profile
Your experience and skills
You have:
– a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field
– 2-4 years of deferred compensation experience
– strong understanding and execution of payroll reports, preferably using ADP delivered products
– advanced Microsoft Office skills
– strong understanding and execution of payroll processes and procedures
– strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
You are:
– knowledgeable of ADP systems, preferred
– passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
– comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
– able to successfully demonstrate time management habits and prioritize several concurrent requirements and responsibilities
