Your team

You will be part of the HR Service Delivery team in our Nashville Business Solutions Center. The International Mobility team is essential in order to strategically address UBS's recruitment shortage in certain locations and businesses, ensure that talent and skills are employed efficiently, and to provide career development opportunities for UBS employees. Our team is passionate about the creation of significant career, people management and development opportunities.

Desired profile

Your experience and skills

You have:
–a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
–knowledge of international mobility services, including international assignment policies
–experience in HR or Shared Service Operations (insourced or outsourced)

You are:
–an individual who enjoys interacting with people at all levels and is passionate about client service
–familiar with international taxation
–an excellent communicator with a proven track record of stakeholder management across diverse groups in different locations
–organized with the ability to prioritize several concurrent requirements and responsibilities
–an expert at building networks and connections (you know people)
–bilingual in Spanish OR Portuguese
