As a HR Advisor in our team in Krakow you will play an important role in providing excellent HR services for UBS employees located in UK.

Working shifts between 8.00 - 19.00

The role is located in the UBS office in Krakow (Green Office).

Responsibilities:

• Taking full responsibility for handling and resolving HR queries and issues raised by employees and line managers via phone and/or ticket management tool
• Covering onboarding, workforce administration, employee lifecycle and exit administration
• Maximizing employee and line manager satisfaction by optimizing call answer time, call handling time, resolution of issues without escalation, first call resolution and maintaining a customer-oriented attitude
• Logging and tracking requests in the ticket management tool with a high degree of accuracy
• Working in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and trusted work environment
• Providing support for the HR Operations Teams when needed
• Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree, or relevant working experience (ideally experience in Shared Service Call Centers, insourced or outsourced)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• High degree of client orientation and true service oriented mindset
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent organizational skills

Additional assets:

• Experience in a general or specialist HR function
• Experience in multinational environment
