Your team
You'll be working in the Employee Advisory team in Nashville. Our role is to support employees across all business divisions and other human resources colleagues. We help by providing guidance and advice on a variety of HR related topics.

Desired profile
Your experience and skills
You have:
– a university/college degree preferably in Human Resources related field
– 1-2 years' professional work experience
– a high degree of client focus and true service oriented mindset
– very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
You are:
– well organized and detail-oriented, with prioritization skills and the ability to develop and monitor action plans
– known for your determination, effort and enthusiasm to deliver results, taking initiative on daily tasks and responsibilities
– able to act within professional, legal, ethical and risk boundaries, with an understanding of labor law regulations
– interested in integrating diverse views, opinions and insights
– flexible and tolerant of changes in methods, approaches and objectives
