German Language Editor
Graduate job Zurich (Zürich District) Journalism / PR
Job description
Description
Impact is a global online platform, accessible to UBS employees, especially client advisors (CAs), and increasingly WMO clients, catering for their daily needs in terms of relevant business and economic information. This should be achieved by offering compelling, concise and context-relevant news articles that help clients understand financial markets and linking them to appropriate and useful instruments and trading ideas. Impact editors use the UBS House View of the UBS Chief Investment Office (CIO) to identify stories that enable UBS client advisors to promote communication with clients and help them make better investment recommendations. The main difference from a story found in other media is that Impact always quotes in-house experts – the bank's view and the investment recommendation with products are our selling propositions on this online platform.
The editors' journalistic and economic expertise will always be complemented by the knowledge from CIO Research and product specialists within UBS. In this context, the editor will be instrumental in writing the stories in cooperation with CIO Research, Investment Banking Research and Investment Products and Services (IPS) specialists from Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Funds and Discretionary Mandates.
