Your team

You'll be working within the global inflation team in London, focused on the UK inflation desk. Our role is to provide corporate and institutional clients with market-making and execution services across inflation-linked bonds and derivatives and across currencies and markets. We help our clients access the liquidity they require to hedge pension and insurance liabilities as well as a wide range of other clients and trading needs.

Desired profile

Your experience and skills

You have:

- FCA registered with experience of market-making government bonds
- strong client relationships across the fixed income world
- a working understanding of relative value and market drivers and mechanics in the UK bond market or a related market
- experience of the primary market for bond issuance
- experience of managing risk on a large market-making book

You are:
- hard-working, motivated and dedicated to achieving excellence in your chosen discipline
- work well within a team and help out across products and currencies where needed
- work well across a broader institution and collaborate with other areas such as sales and debt capital markets
- articulate with clients and able to communicate in a clear manner
- you demonstrate integrity and always put clients first
