Fund Services is a global fund administration business delivering an extensive range of professional solutions and services for traditional investment funds, managed accounts, UCITS and AIFs, from legal fund set-up to full reporting, with all fund administration and transfer agency capabilities in between. UBS Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A., established in Luxembourg for decades, is a Top Ten multi-domicile fund administrator.

In order to strengthen our Fund Administration Product Control team, we are looking for a an experienced Controller.

You will be integrated in a highly professional environment, be in close contact with internal as well as external service providers in the investment fund business, such as portfolio managers, product development specialists, Management Companies, clients, auditors and regulators.

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for:

• Daily oversight of the fund NAV Calculations, ensuring NAVs pass all Quality tests
• Daily monitoring of the compliance of portfolios and individual instruments with the legal, constitutional and contractual provisions
• Act as the contact person for analyzing the suitability of new instruments in accordance with prevailing investment policy & restrictions
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our state-of-art fund control environment.
• Lead regular projects to review compliance of specific categories of financial instruments

You are highly committed and ideally possess the following skills:
• University Degree in Economics, Finance or Mathematics.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a related position in the investment fund industry
• A sound knowledge of investment fund law, accounting and financial derivative instruments
• You are capable of working independently, proactively and under time pressure. Furthermore, you possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Computer literate. Knowledge of MIG 21 and GP3 would be a strong plus.
• In your everyday work you foster partnership with colleagues and counterparts, you are dynamic, flexible and conscious about the impact of your performance and demonstrate a no error mind-set.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French. Good knowledge of German would be considered as added value.
