As a member of the EPAS team, the Equity Stock Plan Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the corporate client equity plans and maintaining the corporate client database. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a motivated team that values teamwork.

Desired profile

Your experience and skills

You have:
- A Bachelors' degree or 2 years of experience in Financial Services related industry
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work load and critical items
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify and provide solutions for solving problems
- An understanding of equity plan compensation and the Wealth Management industry (highly preferred)
- Prior database management experience

You are:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications mainly Excel
- A certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation, level 1, 2 or 3, or willing to pursue
-Highly detail oriented
