As an Equity Research Analyst you will be dedicated to assist the Research Analysts from the European Real Estate team in London.
The role is located in the UBS office in Krakow (Green Office)
Responsibilities:
• Working in partnership with Senior Analyst and team to perform equity research and analysis of publicly traded companies in the Real Estate sector.
• Creating financial models and conduct financial statement analysis to forecast profit and determine valuation
• Drafting individual company and sector-wide research reports
• Analyzing industry data to describe current and long-term trends in the Real Estate sector
• Responding to ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
• Understanding of financial valuation and financial statements; thorough knowledge of financial accounting is a must
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Additional assets:
• Knowledge of the Real Estate market and its valuation
• Holding or working towards obtaining the ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Holding or working towards obtaining the CFA designation
