The Global Equity Finance Team has an excellent opportunity for a Trading Position. The role involves risk management of a trading book, pricing and executing client orders in all delta one derivative products and maintenance of appropriate hedges in order to maximize revenue and balance sheet usage.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Execute trades in accordance with firm policy and according to all regulatory rules and procedures
• Build analytical tools which focus on optimization of funding markets across OTC and Listed liquidity pools
• Liaise with sales traders/clients on market movements
• Identify potential trading strategies and offer ideas to improve existing trading methods
• Evaluate financial risk, make decisions and prepare reports
• Maintain a thorough understanding of and be able to explain stock market terms
• Commit firm capital and manage a risk book
• Ensure that all trade executions are fair and reasonable, in accordance with desk policies and in line with current market conditions.
• Work closely with the Sales desk, Operations, Finance and Technology to ensure accurate reporting for clients, ensure smooth processing, plus testing and implementation of system changes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or similar
• Strong analytical ability, analysis of intraday stock and market patterns
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with Sales People and clients
• 3-5 years of experience in trading or comparable financial services role
• Series 7 and 63 licenses
• Finance Degree and or financial background
• Series 55 license
• In depth knowledge and experience of dealing with both Listed and OTC equity markets
• Proficiency with different programming languages
