Your team
You'll be working as a member of the UK/EMEA Global Employee Conduct team in London, which is part of Compliance & Operational Risk Control. It is part of an integrated global approach to a number of key compliance processes applied to employees, including personal account dealing controls and annual compliance affirmations/ disclosures, compliance violations and the UK registration and certification process.

Desired profile
Your experience and skills
You have:
– a strong educational background
– experience in banking compliance
– excellent attention to detail and accuracy
You are:
– analytical, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk
– result-oriented and assertive (you don't shy away from challenging situations)
– able to manage multiple tasks in a high volume environment and exercise sound judgment
– a strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills
– flexible with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
