Your team
Operational Resilience is part of the Compliance & Operational Risk Control function and provides oversight of technology, information security, outsourcing, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and program management risks across the UBS Group. We do this by assessing key processes as well as governance, risk management, and the control environment within all business divisions globally. Within Operational Resilience, our Data Analytics team works collaboratively with our stakeholders to manage all aspects of design and delivery of information solutions

Desired profile
Your experience and skills
You have:
• a university degree, preferably in an analytical field (Math, Statistics, Physics, Finance or IT)
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• at least 1 year of experience in BI reporting or data analysis
• a good understanding of operational risk, offshoring and outsourcing ,IT risk, IT security or BCM
• an interest in statistical analysis techniques (descriptive statistics, statistical modelling, machine learning etc.)
You are:
• fluent in English
• an analytic thinker who likes to work with numbers
• able to interact well with all levels of employees within a global organization
• experienced in working in international business environment, preferably at financial services company
Additional assets:
• knowledge of BI solutions (e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, QlikView, SQL)
• knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Lavastorm, Python, R, SAS, SPSS)
• hold certification in one of the following: CISA, ISO 27001, ITIL
