As a Client Advisor Assistant at UBS you will actively support Client Advisors in their daily business and will be responsible for administrative and organisational arrangements. By providing an accurate and efficient service this maintains a strong relationship between the Client Advisor and the Client.
Wealth Management provides comprehensive financial services to wealthy private clients around the world – except those served by Wealth Management Americas. Responsibilities:
-The Role holder is the first point of contact for processing client orders e.g. Payment requests, account opening queries, hedge fund applications.
-They are responsible for trouble shooting using specialised internal transactional systems.
-They work as part of a Client Advisor team and take responsibility for all client support service delivery. They advise the Client Advisor on client related processes, take client requests, resolving where possible so that the client relationship is maintained and developed and client satisfaction maximised
-The role holder also acts in the role of an intermediary to other service providers within the bank including settlements, legal, compliance and payments departments
Requirements:
• UK Financial Services industry experience in a front or back office role and knowledge of account opening/updating procedures
• Ideally, the candidate should have a High Net Worth background and links to market to new clients and knowledge of Wealth Management Client front office systems, eg. Paladign, e-portfolio etc.
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to changing demands; excellent organisational and communication skills and a flair for figures with a high level of attention to detail
• A flexible and effective communicator with a professional approach and the ability to work as part of a team and own initiative; keen to progress in your career
• Must be technically competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
