Wealth Management provides comprehensive financial services to wealthy private clients around the world – except those served by Wealth Management Americas. Its clients benefit from the entire spectrum of UBS resources, ranging from investment management to estate planning and corporate finance advice, in addition to specific wealth management products and services.
The Role holder supports the client advisor while servicing the clients. They are responsible for ensuring that administrative and organisational arrangements and client related processes are completed and continuously improved. By providing an accurate and efficient service this maintains a strong relationship between the Client Advisor and the client. The role holder also acts in the role of an intermediary to other service providers within the bank including settlements, legal, compliance and payments departments.
The Role holder is the first point of contact for processing client orders e.g. Payment requests, account opening queries, hedge fund applications. They are responsible for trouble shooting using specialised internal transactional systems. They work as part of a Client advisor team and take responsibility for all client support service delivery. In addition the role holder is responsible for monthly reporting e.g. Client advisor's revenues.
They advise the client advisor on client related processes, take client requests, resolving where possible so that the client relationship is maintained and developed and client satisfaction maximised.
The role holder is also responsible for the on the job training of less experienced staff and of reviewing/recommending/ implementing new processes in their field of expertise.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in a Wealth Management Front Office Support role
• History of direct client interaction. A first-rate communicator, both orally and written and able to maintain a professional or otherwise appropriate approach at all times
• Conscientious individual, detail-oriented and excel when working both in a team and independently
• Technically competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (minimum intermediate level)
• Knowledge of account opening/updating procedures
