Business Overview:
The Enhanced Prudential Standards program is charged with the responsibility to implement
changes in the US organization to ensure compliance with the Federal Reserve requirements for the US operations of Foreign Banking organizations (the “FBO Enhanced Prudential Standards”). This includes designing and implementing processes and tools to enable the UBS's US intermediate holding company to comply with the Comprehensive Capital Analyses and Review requirements (“CCAR”).
The CCAR Documentation & Process Analyst will support design, implementation, and
management of the documentation control framework and executive review and challenge across
the components of the CCAR processes including scenario development, PPNR forecasting, Stress Loss Forecasts, aggregation of income statement, balance sheet, and capital projections, and compilation of regulatory reporting submissions on the Capital Plan. This is a hands-on role requiring strong skill set in process management and corporate governance.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support to define a control framework.
• Document the front to back CCAR processes across multiple business functions, including
process controls, data quality controls, results analysis and challenge processes, and approvals
• Assist in defining IT business requirements for implementation of system-based controls and
data quality processes
• Support to manage process development methodology including process integration with other
processes and design reviews with Business and IT
• Support the review process of the documentation framework with all the various stakeholders
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of documentation and reporting across the
program
• Support the review with internal audit
• Support Regulatory Reporting / CCAR Accountability Framework
Qualifications:
•Master's degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or an
equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
•At least 3 years of experience in financial industry or equivalent, in financial reporting, risk
management, operations, or internal audit roles.
•Proficiency in use of MS Office suite and familiarity within financial planning, data
management, or reporting systems
