Your team

You will work in the Capital Adequacy team with a focus on ensuring compliance with the Basel III policy requirements for external disclosures relating to risk-weighted assets and leverage ratio. You will develop an understanding of the capital requirements mandated by Basel III for different business streams. Additional responsibilities will include developing a control framework around the delivery of periodic regulatory reports and supporting impact assessment of new regulatory changes from the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.

Desired profile

Your experience and skills

You have:
• knowledge of Basel 3 risk-weighted assets and leverage ratio framework applicable to systemically relevant banks in Switzerland
• understanding of banking and traded products
• excellent analytical skills and problem solving capability
• the ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details
• the ability to multi-task and adapt appropriately in a changing landscape
• exposure to reporting tools such as business objects
