Your team
You'll be working in the Compliance & Operational Risk Control Education team in London.
We collaborate closely with the Compliance Officers to help the business identify and understand their compliance learning needs, and then develop and deliver related classroom or on-line learning solutions.
Our expertise extends to cross-divisional training initiatives in the EMEA region, and the Investment Bank division globally, in the UK and across EMEA.

Desired profile
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience of delivering presentations and/or leading training events, and a desire to enhance that competency skillset
- experience in risk management, audit or compliance roles within wholesale or retail financial services, or another regulated industry
You are:
- dynamic and energetic presenter with a range of communication and facilitation skills
- client focused, possessing strong client service, networking and influencing skills
- confident and disciplined in your abilities to work as part of a team or independently
- organised and detail orientated, capable of managing individual and multiple tasks and/or projects within tight time frames
- committed to delivering high quality work and improving operating efficiency by continually improving current processes
- curious about developments in the industry and the education discipline and generate innovative and practical solutions
